3.1 7-Day Conscious Return Window
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request an exchange or refund within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the sustainable items must be unused, unwashed, and kept in their original, plastic-free packaging.
3.2 Hygiene & Personal Care Exclusions
To maintain strict health and safety standards for our community, certain zero-waste essentials—including reusable menstrual products, bamboo toothbrushes, organic solid soap bars, and opened personal care items—cannot be returned or exchanged.
3.3 Refund Distribution
Once your returned items are received and pass inspection at our central eco-hub, refunds are processed back to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 7-10 business days. Return shipping fees for non-defective size or mind-change exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
